Rom.13:1-7

Introduction:
Honor means great respect or high regard.

1st Point
Giving honor to yourself. Rom. 13:8-9
- Many people doesn’t have respect for themselves.

2nd Point
Children should honor their parents .Eph.6:1-2
- Our time today have a lot of children disobedient to their parents. 
2 Tim.3:1-2

3rd Point
God’s children should honor God.
- Giving is one way of honoring God. Gen.4:1-15
Ex: Abel and Cain
- Giving of ourselves in service to Him is honoring God.
- Testifying to other people about what God done to us is honoring God.
- Giving double honor to the man of God is honoring God. 1 Tim.5:17-18
- Giving honor to widows is honoring to God. 1 Tim.5:1
- Younger people should honor older people. 1 Tim. 5:1-2

CONCLUSION:
Our lives should be a vessel unto honor not a vessel to dishonor God our lives reflect how we honor God.
